These Terms of Sale govern the purchase and use of the digital service offered on SillageFinder: personalised olfactory diagnostic, 3 recommendations and a downloadable PDF.
The service is offered at a price of €9 incl. VAT, one-time payment, no subscription.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. SillageFinder stores no card data.
After payment confirmation, access to the premium result is provided immediately in digital format (result page + PDF).
The service is deemed delivered upon display of the premium result and/or availability of the PDF.
In accordance with applicable consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided immediately after purchase when execution has begun with the customer's prior express agreement and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.
This information is brought to the customer's attention before payment confirmation.
Without prejudice to applicable legal provisions, SillageFinder may grant a commercial refund in the event of a proven malfunction preventing access to the premium result or the PDF.
Any request must be sent to fabiodimeodrd@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase, stating the email address used at payment and/or the session identifier.
SillageFinder reserves the right to refuse abusive requests (multiple purchases, repeated requests, clearly improper use).
The diagnostic and recommendations provided are indicative and educational in nature. They do not constitute medical or therapeutic advice.
SillageFinder does not guarantee a perfect match between the recommendations and the user's final preferences, which may vary depending on skin, context and personal perception.
The site's content (texts, design, generated diagnostic, structure, PDF) is protected. Any reproduction or distribution without authorisation is prohibited.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the site.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action.
